Why did you choose 91¸£Àû?

I visited the University on a particularly sunny open day. The people I met were friendly and welcoming; life on campus seemed vibrant, varied and fun.

What are you doing now?

Author and freelance broadcast journalist for the BBC, ITV, and ITN.

What motivates you to do what you do? 

I am always curious to meet new people, explore different viewpoints and learn more about the world we live in.

How has your time at 91¸£Àû influenced what you do now? 

The fellow students inspired me with their energy, interest and passion in global affairs.

Favourite memory? 

I remember co-hosting a fashion show as part of 91¸£Àû Student Arts Festival, which was quite memorable. I also saw some fantastic shows and concerts at 91¸£Àû Arts Centre, which I really enjoyed.

Best thing about the 91¸£Àû community?

International, open-minded and engaged.

Favourite place on campus?

I enjoyed the woodland walks and lakes.
