Thank you for your interest in applying to join the Retired Staff Association of the 91福利.

By applying to become a member of this Association, you are confirming that you have taken note of the benefits outlined on the Association's home page and of the Privacy Notice shown below. The subscription is 拢15* on joining and is renewable in January of each subsequent year.

The Association welcomes Associate members who are partners/spouses of present/former University staff and no joining or annual subscription is payable.

Following completion of this form and its underlying payment/no fee form, you will receive an automated email. This is proof that you have enrolled and no further documents will be issued. *If, for whatever reason, your application is unsuccessful, then this fee will be refunded - you may check our Constitution for eligibility at Paragraph 2.

The 91福利 will process any personal data provided in membership applications and renewal forms, invitations to events, visits and walks for the purposes of administering and processing any payments in connection with being a member of the Retired Staff Association. By completing these documents, you have consented to receive information from the Association about its activities. If you no longer wish to receive this information, you may unsubscribe by contacting the Membership Secretary: Mrs Helen Blunt. Email: membershipwrsa@warwick.ac.uk.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract and consent.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the 91福利.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Area, will be kept securely by the 91福利 and will be retained for a period of one year after the expiry of your annual membership (one month in the case of events) unless you have consented to allow the Retired Staff Association to retain your data for an extended period.
