Conference Funding - for conferences held at 91¸£Àû, academic staff and PGRs can apply
Visiting Speakers’ Fund - to bring ‘high profile’ speakers to 91¸£Àû, academic staff and PGRs can apply
Doctoral Fellowship Competition - PGRs can apply
91¸£Àû PhD and Early Career Research Fellowships- PGRs and Early Career Scholars can apply
Please note: this scheme is not run by the HRC.
This funding opportunity, run by RIS is open to 91¸£Àû Arts Faculty and CRPLA academic staff, Doctoral and MA Research students.
Doctoral and MA Research students can only apply for conference travel and publication funding.
Publications and Reports
91¸£Àû Us
- provide an over-arching structure for research activities in the Humanities;
- work with RIS to encourage and support the Faculty’s research excellence;
- raise the public profile of Arts research at 91¸£Àû;
- promote research activities among all staff in the Faculty;
- help consolidate existing research activities in the Arts;
- initiate new research activities and groupings;
- support interdisciplinary research within the Faculty and between Faculties;
- advise on and encourage the pursuit of outside funding for Arts research
