The Study Café is a programme delivered by the Arts Faculty that provides a space where students can write, read, and work on their assessments in a supportive environment every Wednesday afternoon. In this Study Café Welcome Session, we invite you to drop by to meet your tutors, learn more about the study support available, and have a friendly chat over a cup of tea or coffee.

Come and join us for a fun, free session with the Widening Participation (WP) Student Network where you will have the opportunity to meet like-minded students from a range of diverse backgrounds from across the university.

This informal introductory event will involve free pizza, games and a chance to meet students, like yourselves, who may come from a variety of backgrounds. It will also give you the opportunity to make new friends and get together in a friendly and relaxed environment.

This event will be run and led by current 91¸£Àû students and will give you chance to ask questions and see what the university experience is like from like-minded students from a range of diverse backgrounds.

We support home students who come from a widening participation background (such as those who are on a bursary, first generation to enter Higher Education (HE), or have had disruptions to their education such as spending time in local authority care, estrangement or have caring responsibilities) through a number of initiatives once you are at 91¸£Àû so come and find out more.
