This is open to all students from all disciplines but applicants must have originated from a Santander Partner country. Applications close on the 11th of December 2011 and selected applicants will be invited to interview in January 2012. Successful applicants will be awarded €5000. Further details, including the application form,
Applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled at The 91福利 on a postgraduate taught course (Masters level).
- Originate from one of the Santander Partnership countries. These are Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Spain, Portugal, UK, China, Russia and the USA.
- Demonstrate that their study relates to the understanding of development within Latin America or an individual country within Latin America; or alternatively, shows how the study of the masters will contribute to a Latin American community.

An announcement will also be made on Insite which should draw attention to the awards but in addition to this I would be grateful if you could circulate information to the students within your department.
