Gold LEAF accreditation
We are proud that our group's laboratory has been awarded Golden LEAF (Laboratory Efficiency Assessment Framework) status for our actions undertaken to improve our sustainability and efficiency practices.
The first paper from a new collaboration with the School of Engineering at the University of Birmingham and the University of Surrey Ion Beam Centre is out now in Applied Surface Science. Time-of-flight elastic recoil detection analysis is shown to be a powerful technique for studying hydrogen in nanoscale thin films grown by atomic layer deposition used in passivation of silicon photovoltaic solar cells.
"Stable photoluminescence enhancement in monolayer molybdenum disulfide by superacid treatment" is out now in the Special Collection on the Synthesis and Processing of 2D Materials in the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology A.
"Extracting surface and bulk recombination parameters for passivated silicon using photoexcited muon spin spectroscopy" is out now in Journal of Applied Physics.
"Forecasting solar module waste in the United Kingdom" is out now in Energy Strategy Reviews
"Direct thermal atomic layer deposition of high-魏 dielectrics on monolayer MoS2: nucleation and growth" is out now in Nanoscale!
