PhD student Ailish Wratten won the Best Oral Presentation prizes at the MRS Spring 2022 conference for her contributions entitled "Demonstrating the Robustness of Hafnium Oxide Thin Films" and "Understanding Hafnium Oxide Passivation for Silicon Solar Cells" in the in EQ06 Surfaces and Interfaces and EN01 Silicon for Photovoltaics sessions, respectively.
