Study with us

Hetsys recruits enthusiastic students from across the physical sciences who enjoy using their mathematical skills and thinking flexibly to solve complex problems to join our training programme. We require at least a II(i) honours degree at BSc or an integrated masters degree (e.g. MPhys, MChem, MSci, MEng etc.) in a physical sciences, mathematics or engineering discipline. Funding is not available for those already in possession of a PhD. For more details on English language course requirements click here.

We offer approximately 10 fully funded positions for each year which will cover fees, a stipend to cover maintenance and generous research training support.

Information on funding is available here.

Our recruitment cycle for 26/27 entry is open.

Please contact us if you have any questions about our programme.
