PhD Project
My research project is a collaboration with Astrazeneca (Cambridge) and focuses on the development of vibrational spectroscopic methods -with special interest in Raman, Infrared and Raman Optical Activity spectroscopy- for determination of secondary structure of proteins alongside a Neural Network (NN) algorithm known as Self-Organizing Maps (SOM).
