Malcolm Cooper will be retiring in September.  To mark this occasion, the Department intends to hold a two day programme of talks, starting at lunchtime on 29^th September and finishing at lunchtime on 30^th September 2010.  The speakers will be collaborators and colleagues of Malcolm’s and it is hoped that many of his ex-PhD and PDRA staff will also attend. 

A dinner will be held on campus on the evening of 29^th September and members of the department are invited to attend both the talks and the dinner.
