Phosphorus dopants in silicon provide spin qubits with long coherence times. We study the dynamics of these spins with pulsed electrically-detected magnetic resonance in a high magnetic field. The spin coherence of the electrons is limited mainly by the 29Si impurities rather than the photocurrent used for the electrical detection. The nuclear spin coherence is limited by the electron spin-lattice relaxation.
