Events in Physics
The Royal Society invites proposals for its scientific meetings. This offers the opportunity to organise a discussion meeting or Theo Murphy meeting which is a international, two day conference in any field. Meetings are organised by leaders in the field, using their expertise to ensure key topics are covered. The focus on discussion throughout the meeting should allow everyone, at any stage of their scientific career, to get involved in the conversation.
Proposals are invited from UK based researchers in any field.
Funding includes full administrative support, a contribution towards speaker, organiser and chair travel expenses and accommodation, logistical support, materials for the meeting, venue, facilities and catering.
