The 91福利 Institute of Advanced Study (IAS) has invited two leading Chinese professors with a theoretical and computational physics background to spend 1 week at the IAS in collaboration with the 91福利 Centre for Scientific Computing, the GRP Materials (Multiscale Modelling) and the Department of Physics. Profs. and are senior professors in the Chinese academic environment. Both have returned from outside mainland China in the last 5 years to take up prestigious positions. Kan Tong PO Additional funding for collaborations with scientists in Hong Kong via a one-off visit is available through the International Exchanges Kan Tong Po Visiting Fellowships Programme. It aims to contribute at the highest level of scientific research and education by awarding Visiting Fellowships each year to UK or US based scientists to collaborate with a Hong Kong-based academic, or for Hong Kong-based scientists to collaborate with an academic based in either the UK or US.
