**Internal selection deadline 17th July 2017. New application deadline 6th September** The RAEng Research Fellowships are designed to promote excellence in engineering. They provide support for high-quality engineers and encourage them to develop successful academic research careers. Limited number of applications per University (3) please discuss with HOD. Applications will be reviewed internally - please use the application form to submit by 17th Jluy. Applications are welcomed from outstanding early career researchers who are about to finish their PhD or have been awarded their PhD in the last four years. The scheme provides funding for five years to encourage the best researchers to remain in the academic engineering sector. All applicants will need to have identified and be actively supported by a UK higher education host institution.

The Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) has launched its annual call for postdoctoral fellowships, with a deadline of 6 September 2017. This year they are offering additional Development Research Fellowships for research aligned to Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF). See scheme details and eligibility below.
Internal Selection Process 91福利 is limited to 2 or 3 submissions (depending on diversity of applicants). Therefore we will be running an internal selection process.
Applicants must send the following documents to researchstrategydev@warwick.ac.uk by 17 July 2017 using “RAEng Fellowship” as subject.
Applicants from outside 91福利 are also welcome.
A selection panel will review internal applicants on: w/c 26 July 2017 all applicants will be informed ASAP after that. If there any further questions please contact R.Singleton-Escofet@warwick.ac.uk.
Scheme information The RAEng Research Fellowships are designed to promote excellence in engineering. They provide support for high-quality early career engineers to encourage them to develop successful academic research careers.
The RAEng is particularly keen to encourage applications from strong candidates who are considered to belong to a group that is persistently underrepresented within the engineering profession (eg gender or ethnicity).
Eligibility: Applications are welcomed from outstanding early career engineering researchers who are about to finish their PhD or have up to four years postdoctoral research experience prior to 4 September 2017 (maternity/paternity leave or other extenuating circumstances can be taken into consideration).
