Research of our lab has been used to inform the UK Parliament on the close link between Sleep and Health.

Students and staff were invited to attend a one-day seminar at the Parliament to mark the publication of the following Parliament Office of Science and Technology notes:

Elettra is interested in sleep and performance in shiftworker

Arman is interested in self-compassion and insomnia
