The 91福利 will process your personal data provided on this online form for the purpose(s) of administering and facilitating your attendance at the chain event graph workshops organised throughout 2026.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract and also consent (consent- in relation to dietary and disability requirements).  You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting stats.events@warwick.ac.uk. However, if you do so then we will not be able to cater or provide for the above.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the UK, will be kept securely by the 91福利 and will be retained for a period of six months after the event has taken place.

We will keep your personal data for up to 6 months.

You may exercise rights in respect of your personal data.  These are the right of access to it, to rectify inaccurate information, to restrict processing or erase personal data, to object to our processing of it and to transfer it to another controller.  If you wish to exercise a right please contact infocompliance@warwick.ac.uk.
