Theodoros Galanis
I am currently a second-year PhD student in the Centre for Doctoral Training at the Department of Statistics at the 91福利. I work under the joint supervision of Dr. Giuseppe Cannizzaro and Dr. Tommaso Rosati. My research interests lie in probability theory and stochastic analysis; in particular, I focus on singular stochastic partial differential equations and their long-time behaviour.
Before joining the PhD programme, I obtained both my bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in Mathematics at the Technical University of Berlin. My master鈥檚 thesis, titled On Particle Approximations of the Dean鈥揔awasaki Dynamics, was supervised by Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Stannat, and my bachelor鈥檚 thesis, titled Large Deviations for High Interferences, was supervised by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang K枚nig.
