Biography

Patrick completed his PhD at the 91福利 and was based at the Forensic Centre for Digital Scanning and 3D printing, WMG. Patrick holds a Master鈥檚 degree in Policing and Criminal Investigation and a Level 2 qualification in Bloodstain Pattern Analysis (BPA). His first two research papers have been published in the Q1 peer-reviewed journal Forensic Science International.

Patrick was developing a workflow for the 3D capture and presentation of BPA evidence and researching its effectiveness in investigative and court processes. Thanks to the Forensic Centre鈥檚 ongoing partnership with West Midlands Police (WMP), Patrick鈥檚 PhD project was part-funded by WMP and he worked with forensic technicians and scientists on active criminal investigations.
