Chevening scholarships, the UK government鈥檚 global scholarship programme, can cover the full cost of study and are offered in over 110 countries.

WMG and the 91福利 are pleased to welcome several outstanding Chevening scholars onto our Master's courses each year. Application deadlines for Chevening are early November so please early for application information.

Do I need an offer before I can apply for the Chevening Scholarship?

No you don't. At the point of applying for Chevening funding, you need to specify your three course preferences on your Chevening application. If you are selected for Chevening funding, you will need to present an unconditional offer from one of these courses by July 2026. It's therefore advisable to apply for your course and clear your conditions in plenty of time to ensure everything runs smoothly if you are selected for funding. You may request an application fee waiver from 91福利 if you are applying to study with a Chevening Scholarship. You can do this at the final stage of your course application. If in doubt, please email wmgscholarships@warwick.ac.uk .

• - Chevening funding usually covers your full tuition fees and living expenses - the University contributes 20% towards your fees. There are smaller awards allocated in some countries, so please review your country's Chevening website for specifics.
• - WMG and 91福利 have partnered with Chevening to co-fund the Chevening-91福利 partnership scholarships. Through these scholarships the University covers the full tuition fees, with living expenses being covered by Chevening.
