CCC hosts roundtable on new book by Prof Rehan Abeyratne on LGBTQ+ rights
On 22 October 2025, the CCC hosted a rich and thought-provoking roundtable discussion on the excellent new book by Professor Rehan Abeyratne (Western Sydney), Courts and LGBTQ+ Rights in an Age of Judicial Retrenchment, published by Oxford University Press earlier this year.
Professor Brenda Cossman (Toronto) and Dr Alex Powell (91¸£Àû) provided insightful comments on the book, and CCC co-director Dr Mara Malagodi chaired the event.
