My.wbs is a dedicated space where alumni can access a wealth of information including an alumni directory and information on career development, journal access, our award-winning Global Mentoring Programme, plus much more.  

How to access My.wbs 

  • and scroll down to ‘Access your Alumni Website’
  • To set up or reset your username and password, you will need to input: 
    • Your alumni number which will be ‘A’ followed by your previous student number, e.g. A1234567 
    • Your date of birth 

You can find your alumni number on various emails sent by the WBS Mentoring programme or on your WBS Alumni newsletter.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to follow the links below.

Accredited by Investors in People, the programme will give mentees access to a completely unbiased, confidential mentor who will provide the motivation, confidence and support they need to succeed.

    • Find fellow alumni, by cohort, sector or geography. A great resource to find fellow alumni, update details and catch up with former classmates


    • WBS alumni have access to journals, take a peek and see what you is available to you.

    • Transcripts / Lost Certificates:
      To request transcripts or lost certificates, follow the link to view how to request depending on your qualification.


    • This includes information from accessing wifi on campus, to viewing past alumni newsletters and online CORE magazines


    • Alumni access to career news, resources and notifications


    • Catch-up and review past speakers and key career information


    • Find job vacancies and placement opportunities.
