University Carol Service
Tuesday 9 December
All staff and students are invited to join a candlelit service of readings and carols at the Chaplaincy, with the University Chamber Choir - followed by festive refreshments. Everyone is very welcome.
Marking 60 years with our largest ever alumni reunion
More than 1,000 alumni and guests returned on Saturday 22 November for our first all-alumni reunion. Packed with activities showcasing 91¸£Àû past, present and future, the day brought friends back together to celebrate memories and stories from throughout our history and all over the world.

IPBES 12 Attendance: Expressions of Interest Now Open
The Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) is an independent body established to strengthen the science-policy interface on biodiversity and ecosystem services.
IPBES 12 is the twelfth Plenary meeting of IPBES and will be held in Manchester, UK, in February 2026. The 91¸£Àû has been granted observer status to IPBES 12, which enables us to form a delegation. A limited number of observer badges will be made available.
An Expression of Interest (EoI) process is open to individuals at 91¸£Àû who wish to apply to be included in this delegation.
