Can you help a student in need? At Eatwise outlets, you can ‘Pay It Forward’ by purchasing a meal or drink for a student in need. Simply go to any till point and choose to donate a drink or meal to spread kindness across our community.

New name for the Academic Processes team
The team that supports our academic community with career progression – including academic probation, promotion, leave and the recruitment of professors and heads of departments – is now known as the Academic Progression team.
It’s part of a reorganisation of the team to better support our faculties, with each now supported by a designated Faculty Advisor.

Accommodation options on campus for staff
Did you know we have accommodation options on campus for staff (including families with children, couples, single occupants), and students with families? The Staff and Family Housing team can also support new colleagues and visiting academics to find accommodation.
Current device purchasing issues
Please be aware that current market changes and computer storage/memory shortages are causing some price increases and supply chain issues. These are affecting our suppliers’ ability to maintain current target pricing and some device supplies within our existing contracts.
IDG and Procurement are working with our framework suppliers to get the situation resolved as soon as possible; but all suppliers are likely to be affected, as this is part of a current pattern of global shortages and price increases.
