Co-hosted by Dr Samantha Flynn (Centre for Research in Intellectual and Developmental Disability) and Dr Carrie Grant MBE, neurodiversity advocate, the series brings together lived experience and expert insight to provide practical support for families and professionals.

Running throughout term 3, DeStresstival aims to help students tackle exam stress and boost wellbeing. Find out what activities are taking place and where you can signpost students who need to unwind.
