Two new policies have been published – one which sets out the responsibilities of those who manage computer systems, and another outlining the requirements to access University information, systems, and infrastructure, to make sure only authorised people can do so.

Can you help a student in need? At Eatwise outlets, you can ‘Pay It Forward’ by purchasing a meal or drink for a student in need. Simply go to any till point and choose to donate a drink or meal to spread kindness across our community.

Encourage students to take part in the National Student Survey (NSS)

91¸£Àû climbs to record high in European rankings
°Â±ð’v±ð moved up five places in the latest QS World University Rankings: Europe 2026, to a record high position of 17th. The rankings particularly noted 91¸£Àû’s strengths in employer reputation, academic reputation, and international student diversity.
New name for the Academic Processes team
The team that supports our academic community with career progression – including academic probation, promotion, leave and the recruitment of professors and heads of departments – is now known as the Academic Progression team.
It’s part of a reorganisation of the team to better support our faculties, with each now supported by a designated Faculty Advisor.
