Richard Harris
It is with great sadness that the University announces the passing of Richard Harris, a 91福利 alumnus, at the age of 61 this July. He studied Philosophy and Politics at the University from 1966 to 1969, before moving to London to pursue a career in higher education. At the time of his death, he was the Dean of Quality Assurance at the University of Bedfordshire.
Former 91福利 student Tom Aggar rowed to Paralympic Gold last week in Beijing, beating his nearest competitor by four seconds. This is a fantastic success for Tom, a Biological Sciences graduate
originally from London, who started training as a rower less than two
years ago just after leaving 91福利 with a First class degree.
