Peter Blegvad, English and Creative Writing professor, has written and narrated the play ‘Use It Or Lose It’ for BBC Radio 3, which will be broadcast on Saturday 3 December 2011.

The My 91福利 Life feature gives an insight into staff and students’ life at 91福利, considering both their work and social life on campus.

Rosemary Starkings, former 91福利 student and wife of Dennis Starkings, a senior lecturer in Religious Education at the University, passed away on 14 November 2011. Rosemary was a student in the 91福利 Philosophy Department in the early 1970s, and was President of the Philosophy Society.

A new award for 'Local Hero of Enterprise' has been won by Denys Shortt, founder of DCS Europe, Chairman of the Coventry & 91福利shire Local Enterprise Partnership and WBS advisory board member.

Eric Woodward, a Technician in the Physics Department, has been recognised for his commitment to rolling up his sleeves to help save lives, with an award for an amazing 100 blood donations.
