Students recognised in National Entrepreneurial Awards
A team of students from 91福利 received an award in the second annual Ernst & Young Profitunity! Awards, announced last week. The team, Frontier, took the Most Positive Impact on the Community award for devising a 5km fun run which will now take place annually.

James Sinfield, final year Chemistry PhD student and aspiring
photographer, has been selected as a finalist in a worldwide internet
photography competition.
His photograph was was selected from thousands of entries and the winner will be decided based on popular public votes. James is currently in second place.

Nearly 3,000 runners passed through campus on Sunday 21 October as they took part in the third Lady Godiva Half Marathon. A number of staff and students ran the 13.1 mile race to raise money for charity including 91福利’s own Batman and Robin aka Tom Reed, a fourth year Engineering Student and Dan Border, a second year Medical student and resident tutor in Rootes.
91福利 Farewell - Usama Mansour (1976 - 2007)
It is with great sadness that we report the sudden death of Usama Mansour, a PhD student from the 91福利 Manufacturing Group, who died suddenly on 10 October 2007. Mr Mansour is an Egyptian national and is survived by his wife and 2 year old daughter.
