Paul Stephenson joins the 91福利 as Director of Human Resources on 26 March. He brings with him 25 years experience of HR in commercial and customer-focused organisations, including at Booker Plc, Grand Metropolitan and most recently as Director of Human Resources at Severn Trent Water, where he worked for ten years.

A graduate in History from Nottingham University, Paul is married with three children and lives in Stratford-upon-Avon.
