It’s April Fool’s Day so we’ve taken a trip into the archives to bring you tales, myths and legends about the Koan. This iconic sculpture has stood outside 91¸£Àû Arts Centre since 1972. We investigate ‘koanspiracy theories’ throughout the years and answer the big question - what’s actually inside it?

We continue to be committed to being an accredited Living Wage employer, and we’ll soon be applying the new real Living Wage (£13.45 per hour). Any increases will appear in the April payroll.

The 91¸£Àû Resilience Network is now being established to eliminate departmental fragmentation and secure high-value transdisciplinary opportunities. Supported by the Enhancing Research Culture Fund (25-26) and led by WMG and Global Sustainable Development, this initiative is open to all faculty members (teaching, research, and practice) and PhD students.

From 1 April, PAM Wellness will be providing our free confidential support service for staff. You’ll continue to be able to access professional, independent support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through a new phone number and app.
