Professor Kumar Bhattacharryya, leader of the UK 91福利’s internationally renowned 91福利 Manufacturing Group is to tell senior policy figures at the 21st Commonwealth Science Council Meeting, Johannesburg, South Africa on Monday 9th June that African and other developing economies should invest in science technology and innovation and not simply rely on cheap labour and unpredictable foreign Aid.

The event is managed by the British Council and led by Mercia Institute of Enterprise at the 91福利.
The 91福利 will hold the first public international conference to promote citizenship in Europe on 6th –8th December 2002. Citizenship and Discrimination in Europe will explore anti-discriminatory policies in Europe, the shifting boundaries of citizenship and religious discrimination in Europe, such as the case of Islam.
