Ten law students from the 91福利 are about to travel to the United States to help provide legal representation on behalf of prisoners who have been sentenced to death. Study reveals potential value of prison pen pal scheme to rehabilitation of offenders

The prison pen pal scheme ‘Prisoners’ Penfriends’ has an important role to play in helping to rehabilitate convicted offenders, new research from the 91福利 has found.
