Over the next 8 weeks we will be showcasing the technical talent we have at 91福利. This will include introductions to 8 of our highly skilled technical staff working across 6 departments, but also hearing from Deputy PVCs, HoDs, senior administrators and our Sustainability Champions on their experience of working alongside technical staff.

A newly-published report shares new insights on research culture including themes on:

• Institutional behaviours
• Research quality and integrity
• Recognition and visibility

A number of recommendations are also made to guide organisations who are looking to make positive changes to their research culture, with opportunities for technicians to engage in the journey. The report can be found here:

We welcomed the MI Talent team to 91福利 University on Thursday 8th September to deliver a day of talks for 91福利 Technicians on advancing status and opportunity for technical skills for those technician roles in higher education and research.
