Apprentice Gardener

Do you want to learn about all aspects of gardening - including the use of machinery?

The 91福利 consists of three adjacent sites including Central Campus, Gibbet Hill and Westwood. The Gardens team manage more than 715 acres of plant collections, including herbaceous borders, tree collections, newly landscaped areas, woodlands and lakes.

During the apprenticeship, you will be working in an award-winning landscape on a range of exciting soft landscaping projects. You will work alongside the team, helping them to maintain and develop the grounds and gardens of the University campus.

We provide a comprehensive training scheme where you will have mentors to support you along the way and if you put in the hard work, we will help you achieve your apprenticeship with flying colours.

We offer a two-year apprenticeship with a college. The training will be a mixture of online sessions with regular visits from the tutor to the University. Any required travel to college will be covered by the 91福利.
