During the summer vacation, bicycles on campus will be checked and any which appear to have been abandoned will be removed. After three months, unclaimed bicycles are recycled

If you take a walk along our new path between the main campus and the Sport and Wellness Hub you will notice some works over the coming weeks to create a large expanse of wildflower grassland.

The number of staff Green Action teams across the University is continuing to increase with nine groups currently working to make their areas more sustainable. If you would like to learn more about sustainability at the University and/or you fancy getting involved in making a positive difference to our environment, please consider attending the next Green Champions lunchtime meeting.

On Tuesday 16 July some expert repairers and makers will be on hand to help you repair and upcycle everything from electrical and mechanical devices, computers, bicycles and clothing using the tools and equipment available.
