Save the date for our barista competition
On Thursday 29 June we will be holding a one day event at WBS Cafe which will showcase our fabulous barista talent here at 91福利.
In conjunction with Union Coffee, the University's coffee supplier, the one day event will see a number of our baristas competing against each other in front of a panel of judges. There will also be interactive sessions where everyone is welcome to come along and take part.
Agenda
Throughout the day we will be running a flavour challenge; can you match the coffee to the flavour profile?
We will also have two espresso machines set up for the competitors to offer samples of their signature drinks.
- 10.00am: Start & Flavour Challenge
- 10.30am - 12.30pm: Round 1 (first 3 competitors)
- 1.30pm - 3.30pm: Round 2 (second 3 competitors)
- 4.00pm - Awards & finish
