Release notes for web applications
Tabula 2018.11.4 released
We released Tabula 2018.11.4 on Friday 23 November 2018.
The option to create level-based exam grids is now available on request. To enable the option for your department, send a request to tabula at warwick dot ac dot uk. (Grids are based on block by default.)
When marking assignments in the Tabula interface, feedback without an accompanying mark or grade now saves successfully.
We've added usercodes for students and staff in the downloadable relationship allocation spreadsheet for each relationship type enabled in your department settings – for example, Dissertation Supervisor and Dissertation Supervisee. This data can help you to allocate markers in coursework management based on a relationship type using the spreadsheet upload method.
SiteBuilder 2.404 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.404 on Thursday 22 November 2018.
We fixed adding links to glossary items.
It's no longer possible to edit private fields in form submissions, which were visible to editors only. We added the feature originally following a small number of requests, but it has since confused SiteBuilder editors, hence the decision to remove it.
In page permissions, we fixed a bug that prevented you from adding permission for the PGTAUGHT group (all postgraduate taught students). For a list of all the predefined groups visit the ITS website.
Tabula 2018.11.3 released
We released Tabula 2018.11.3 on Thursday 15 November 2018.
It's no longer possible to edit the details of an assignment created in the old version of coursework management (CM1). If you need assistance with legacy assignments created in CM1 (before May 2017), contact us at tabula at warwick dot ac dot uk.
SiteBuilder 2.403 released
We released SiteBuilder 2.403 on Monday 12 November 2018. This version contains several bug fixes, including:
- When selecting a source page for a special right-hand side, the link picker now opens at the current page rather than the root of
warwick.ac.uk - It's now possible to edit a news item that was initially made with ‘Create a new web page with this detail’ selected
- We've replaced the broken link picker in Go.91¸£Àû's target page selector with a text box that accepts both absolute and relative URLs
Tabula 2018.11.2 released
We released Tabula 2018.11.2 on Wednesday 7 November 2018.
In exam grids, we've clarified the help text on the manage course year weightings screen to account for courses with a year abroad.
Also, if you use Markdown syntax to enter feedback, for security reasons we've restricted what links you can enter. You can only use absolute links from warwick.ac.uk or *.warwick.ac.uk, and relative links in Markdown.
