Sitebuilder 2.269 was released on 10th September 2012. Highlights from this release include:

There have been a number of improvements and bug fixes relating to Sitebuilder forum pages
- Design improvements
- Notification emails no longer contain HTML entities
- Improvements to some behaviours when not signed in
- Better view on mobile devices
- Forum properties can now be edited to allow different types of avatars and to change the moderation/edit policy
It's now easier to change the search type on touch devices
It's now possible to exclude deleted children in the page information API
When using the Atom file uploader, you can now provide the Slug as a POST parameter
"Check page content for errors" no longer returns a spurious error message when using "Like this" buttons for Google+
A bug which sometimes caused video to not appear when using Internet Explorer 9 has been fixed
Videos using percentage widths now render correctly in older browsers that use the Flash player
Embedded news feeds no longer incorrectly "ignore" pinned news items
Password-protected table of contents pages now work correctly for non-signed in users
When editing pages where the left content is empty, the right content will no longer "collapse" to the left
The details popup will no longer fall off the bottom of the page on large calendar pages
Embedded news feeds that use thumbnails should work in Internet Explorer 8 again
Page notifications that do nothing are now automatically deleted to tidy up the notifications page
