NHS Discounted Licence
NHS Registrations will be regularly checked, organisations falsely claiming to be NHS organisations to take advantage of the reduced rate will be asked to apply for a retrospective commercial licence at the full commercial rate. The reduced licence cannot be offset against the full commercial licence so you will effectively be paying 1.5 times the current commercial licence rate.
Please note that from 1st December 2024 if you are an NHS organisation and use the main commercial registration page, the discount will not be recognised. We are unable to reverse transactions to offer refunds so please make sure that you register using the appropriate form for your organisation.
From November 2025 we can accept a purchase order and invoice you for your licence purchase. To purchase using a Purchase Order PLEASE RAISE THE PURCHASE ORDER BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM, and apply using the form on the previous page.
