Notification of attendance
Note:
- You will need to obtain the support of your supervisor prior to completing this form.
- Travel and accommodation MUST be booked via Key Travel if more than 拢1000, or to a destination outside of Europe. Travel and accommodation of less than 拢1000 in the UK or Europe can be booked direct or with a departmental credit card. Any exceptions need FinRegs approval (contact HetSys@warwick.ac.uk). You will need receipts when you claim, not a bank statement as proof of purchase.
- If you are in cohort 4 or 5, you also need to complete a notification and may have to do a risk assessment as per this page - /fac/sci/physics/intranet/booking/travel_new/
- If you are in cohort 6 or 7, you will need to complete a risk assessment /fac/sci/hetsys/studentinformationhub/rtsg/bookingguidance/.
As a reminder, the HetSys Annual Conference will be taking place 8-10 July 2026 and attendance is expected.
