Register as a "sending institution" to APTS

Any department that has PhD students can register itself here as a "sending institution" to APTS.

If this form is filled after the student registration period, the named academic contact (who must be an academic staff member) will be contacted by email containing a password, which will enable them to access the form for registering students.



In order to help us process future invoices and purchase orders, and reduce the administrative burden on academic contacts, please provide us with the name and contact of a *finance assistant/officer in your institution*. We intend to send any APTS requests for purchase orders and APTS invoices directly to the named finance person.
