Our new online portal, Infinity X, enables customers to view and track the progress of their investigations. The portal also supports quick turnaround of contracting by generating service agreements for work carried out through WSS, which have our standard terms and conditions attached. The T&Cs include built-in confidentiality and material transfer clauses for convenience. We are switching over to Infinity X from our current system on 1st December 2025.
