Spotlight Talks: Profs. Roberta Bivins and Elena Korosteleva at WMS and SLS.
Professors Roberta Bivins (Health Spotlight) and Elena Korosteleva (Sustainability Spotlight) visited 91福利 Medical School and the School of Life Sciences to highlight and explore collaboration opportunities with the Interdisciplinary Research Spotlights. They talked about the potential for interdisciplinary funding, boosting impact and visibility, and training for early-career researchers. At COP29, held in November 2024, Prof. Korosteleva mentioned there will be the launch of the ECR Training Academy for Sustainable Futures, introductions to the 91福利 Climate Governance and Policy Network leading up to COP30, and the Cross-Spotlight forum planned for July 2025.
