Yes, everyone is welcome to attend our open days.

However, because of space limitations, we encourage you to only bring one guest.

Where additional guests are not permitted, there are many other alternative activities listed in the programme which they may want to take part in or they can enjoy a coffee while they wait.

You should also pre-book any specific talks and sessions you wish to attend throughout the day.

Please cancel your place on the Open Day by clicking on the link in your confirmation email called 'View my booking'. Alternatively you can let us know by emailing opendays@warwick.ac.uk.

You can view all your selected sessions by clicking 鈥淰iew or edit my booking鈥� in your confirmation email or on the event page. Under Your current bookings, you鈥檒l see your full itinerary.

To make changes:

1. Click 鈥淰iew or edit my booking鈥�.
2. Select Virtual Open Day.
3. Click Modify.
4. Remove any sessions you no longer want and add new ones.
5. Click Complete my booking to save changes.

The University is located in the heart of England, 3 miles (5 kilometres) from the centre of Coventry, on the border with 91福利shire. Whether you're travelling to the University by car or public transport, there are many ways of travelling here.

Please ask all of your students to register individually for the Open Day so that they can pre-book sessions. Additionally, please email opendays@warwick.ac.uk with details of your school so that we can give you information about coach parking.

Don鈥檛 worry! We aim to make recordings available after the event for registered attendees. You鈥檒l receive these by email once they鈥檙e ready.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in your inbox first to see if it is in there. If your email is not in there and has not come through, contact us on opendays@warwick.ac.uk with your name and the email address you booked through and we will help to resolve this for you.

• Any comments you post in the Room Chat will appear to all attendees in the session.

• Please avoid sharing any personal information within the session. This includes your address, surname, email address, phone number, school or college, usernames or any sensitive personal information.

• In the unlikely event that you see or hear anything upsetting or inappropriate in the course of the online event, please use the Q&A live chat to contact the moderator privately.

• Be aware that all sessions will be recorded.

• We want a session where people feel safe to share their views, and to challenge the views of others. Please be courteous to other attendees, even if you disagree with them.

• Do not record the online session, take screenshots, or share images or recordings of the session, via emails or on social media

• We will avoid one-to-one online interaction with anyone under 18 if no other trusted adult is also in the session. If this situation occurs by accident, for instance because another participant has lost connection, we will terminate the session.

• Since our sessions include some under 18s, we discourage swearing and do not allow content of a violent or sexual nature.

Many departments are holding drop-in sessions on the day, including tours, demonstrations and Q&A sessions. There's also the opportunity to attend our virtual open days.

You can access our event platform through the webpage on a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device. Our event platform officially supports Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge (Chromium). You may be able to use other browsers, but they are not officially supported. If possible, we recommend using a device with the above-listed browsers. We also recommend you disable all pop-up blockers and ad-blockers as they might interfere with the session broadcasting.

Our Open Days consist of both central and academic activities that you can join. Our full programme of activities will be made available before the events so that you can plan your day to make the most of your visit. You will also be able to pick up a copy of the Open Day ProgrammeLink opens in a new window and Campus MapLink opens in a new window from one of our Information Points when you arrive on the day.

Our central offerings include a 'Welcome to 91福利' talk (lasting approximately 30 minutes), campus tours, and accommodation viewings. Drop in to our Information and Societies Fair and meet staff and students from a variety of societies, student support services and academic departments that all contribute to the student experience at 91福利.

The Information Fair will take place in the Chancellors Suite of Rootes Building from 9:30am to 4pm.

The Wellbeing and Disability Services team will have their stand in the Panorama Bar.

There is no specific start time to the event, it depends which session you book as your first activity. Some activities are drop-ins and run throughout the day.

We aim to open bookings for the Open Days around eight weeks before the events.
