ACMA is a vibrant and inclusive university society dedicated to championing diversity and promoting equity within the healthcare profession. Our primary goal is to increase the representation of African Caribbean individuals at all stages of the healthcare journey, from aspiring students to seasoned professionals. We are a relatively new society at WMS and we plan to hold events monthly.

Building a home away from home for all Asians within WMS by having regular socials (sober and non-sober activities), meals + hosting several talks from doctors of Asian heritage.

The MREM Network aims to develop lasting relationships between regional medical schools, linking groups within these institutions dedicated to reducing the attainment gap and improving racial equality in medicine.

We are a society open to everyone to reduce disparities in healthcare. We have several talks and socials throughout the year to help inspire competitive career paths and raise money and awareness for charities such as Refuge and Carriers of Hope.

WMS Military Society is an informal group for WMS students, staff and alumni with a connection to the military. The aim is to build a network to offer advice and support, and to socialise occasionally! Open to anyone with an interest in military medicine, new military joiners, veterans, those with serving partners or even if you're just curious.
