Looking Back on a Career at 91¸£Àû Conferences
After an incredible 35 years at 91¸£Àû Conferences, we sat down with one of our longest‑serving chefs to reflect on a career shaped by great food, great people, and a rare work–life balance in hospitality. Joining in 1991 with a young family, he quickly found something special here: the chance to cook restaurant‑quality food while still being present at home - something almost unheard of in the industry at the time.

Hereward College – based in Tile Hill – provides study programmes, learning experiences, and award-winning work placement opportunities for young people aged 16-25 with complex disabilities and learning difficulties.
